TV sensation Cesar Millan, "The Dog Whisperer," will transform dog lovers across the country into Pack leaders as he brings his Brand New live show to major U.S. cities this fall. The PackPower Tour, sponsored by National Geographic Channel, will wow dog-loving audiences in Dallas (Nov. 15); Los Angeles (Nov. 21); Chicago (Dec. 4); Washington, D.C. (Dec. 6) and Boston (Dec. 13).
