Dog owners in one Baltimore condo community better start scooping their poop! At least, that's what board members at Scarlet Place condo association are saying. And they're doggone mad. A measure to identify negligent pet owners by DNA testing dog poo was debated at a recent board meeting. That's right... DNA testing of doggie doo. The future, we are here!
The measure was voted down (with one resident saying he felt like he was in an episode of Seinfeld), but more and more communities are turning to companies like Poo Prints to ID pets whose owners don't clean up their mess.
